Bare copper tap
Bare copper tap is also called copper bulbar, is made from super and high pure copper , and the cross section often is rectangle or rounded rectangle whose main application :delivering current and connecting electrical equipment.
Bare copper tape is mainly used in a circuit, for example , the place with large current :zero line, earth line, phase line with large current. The most important parameter for bare copper tape is current-carrying capacity, we choose proper bare copper tape according to different current. And the connection part of bare copper tape must strong enough to avoid the heating caused by large current burn off the bare copper tape. Because the conductive performance of copper is better than aluminum, so bare copper tape is widely use in electrical equipments and distribution equipments.
There are two models about bare copper tape and copper busbar :TMY and TMR;Hard TMY and Soft TMR.
Copper busbar is requisite contact wire for winding used manufacturing electrical machine ,power equipment ,breaker cntact ,other contact wires for distribution installation.
The technical performance for copper busbar:
The tensile strength of soft copper busbar is more than 206N/mm 2,and the elongation is larger than 35%.

When the thickness of filet around the copper busbar is below 6.3mm, and the fillet radius is less than 1.5mm ,and if the thickness is above 7.1mm, and the fillet radius is smaller tan 2mm.
The bending straightness of hard copper busbar is less than 4mm/meter.
